Montessori: The Care-Giving
Tradition
The Heartland Early Childhood program is based on the belief that each
child is a unique person and that the Montessori approach is founded on
fostering warm, nurturing relationships. We aim to prepare teachers who
will prepare learning environments where children are free to play, learn,
and explore at their own pace. We are also dedicated to educating parents
and the larger community to understand and honor the child. It is our
mission to provide our students with the most up-to-date training as well
as an experience of Montessori in action.
